Rebecca has expertise in many bioinformatics and statistical methods appropriate for the analysis of high-throughput sequencing and clinical data. In particular, her work focuses on integrating multiple `omics and spatial information to investigate disease mechanisms on the single-cell level as well as interactions between cell subsets.  She is a hands-on computational scientist, engaged in every step of the discovery process from planning experiments to deriving actionable insights from data that can improve patient health outcomes.
